Developed a novel bio-based polymer formulation for an FMCG manufacturer, reducing petroleum-derived inputs by 40% while maintaining mechanical performance at scale.
Energy & Alt. Fuels
Conducted end-to-end feasibility study for a green hydrogen production facility, covering technology selection, cost modelling, and regulatory pathway assessment.

Approach: Feedstock screening, formulation optimisation, pilot-scale extrusion trials across 3 iterations.
Outcome: 40% reduction in petroleum inputs. TRL 6 achieved. Supplier qualification complete.
