Bio-based polymer replacing petroleum inputs

Problem:Client needed a drop-in bio-polymer for industrial packaging with <5% cost premium.

Approach: Feedstock screening, formulation optimisation, pilot-scale extrusion trials across 3 iterations.

Outcome: 40% reduction in petroleum inputs. TRL 6 achieved. Supplier qualification complete.
